“Edelweiss” stands for the word “noble white” which associates with our services in a clear and uncomplicated way. Edelweiss Care was established in 2020 by a group of passionate and perseverant nurses who want to provide the best possible care to the growing Australian disability sector.
Edelweiss Care promises to enable everyone looking for holistic care and support as well as our employees to recognise their choices and value. We honour ourselves for providing efficient care and respectful environment which empowers both our clients and staffs.

The mandate of Edelweiss Care is to provide disability support that is culture sensitive and superior individualised care in a trusting and experienced environment.

At Edelweiss Care, we provide a range of disability services. With the range of services, we provide, we aim to make a difference in the lives of those with disability. The goal is to make each of our participant’s lives easier, fairer and more involved by participating within their own communities.
Edelweiss Care, is a company that was established with the sole aim of offering disability services that puts the participant as a priority in creating opportunities, promoting independence and progression in a safe and non-discriminative environment.
